FINANCIAL POLICY

It is our policy to prepare all insurance billing forms
for you.
It is our policy to require that you contact your insurer
directly to confirm
coverage for yourself.
We will also contact your insurer, but we are not part
of the contract that
exists between you and your insurer.
We will make every attempt to collect what is due from
your insurance
company. If a dispute arises with your insurance company,
it is our policy
to collect any amounts due from you the patient.
We work frequently with Workers' Compensation
cases and are able to
properly prepare that paperwork, as well as
auto and other injury cases.
Many carriers offer chiropractic benefits with
specific plans.
Policies must be checked individually for coverage.

Our initial assessment fees range from $30-60
for both children and adults.
The initial assessment includes consultation
and history, orthopedic, neurological and spinal
examination.
During your assessment, the doctor will determine
if x-rays are necessary to fully evaluate your
condition. If you have had x-rays taken elsewhere
and they are recent, we will gladly use those.
X-ray fees are $100 per spinal area.
Each office visit after the initial examination
is $38.
If you are not using insurance in any way, we are able to reduce fees
since there is no paperwork to prepare, no phone calls to make, and no
waiting for payment.
